WHERE DO WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION?

All Information we process is processed by our staff in the UK however for the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance this information is located on servers within the European Union.

Royal Mail OBA (Online Business Account)

All of our online shop orders are sent out via Royal Mail. In order to print the shipping label, Royal Mail stores your name and shipping address. Having this information in Royal Mail allows us to see when your order was dispatched, and also allows us to track your order.

FedEx and UPS

Some of our online shop orders are sent out via FedEx/UPS In order to print the shipping label, the courier stores your name and shipping address. Having this information in the above couriers allows us to see when your order was dispatched, and also allows us to track your order.

Gmail

We use Gmail for all our company email. If you contact us on any email address ending in @lullabeefabrics.com or @lullabeefabrics.co.uk, your email address and email content will be stored on Gmail’s servers.

Payments

We use both Paypal & Shopify Payments as e-commerce payment providers. When you place an order with us we receive your name, email address, phone number, billing address and shipping address via the payment provider you choose. We DO NOT store any payment details.

No other third parties that are not mentioned in the Privacy Policy have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.

Once we have received your information, we have a Data Protection regime in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data and we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

However and unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site at the transmission stage; any transmission is at your own risk.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION FOR?

We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed if requested.
