Most of our orders are dispatched out via Royal Mail 48 hours service from our Leicester-based shop. Orders can also be picked up at our store. please see below for more details. We offer free UK mainland delivery for orders over £50 and charge a flat shipping rate of £1.99 for orders under £49 for UK mainland orders. 

Once your order is received, it is usually dispatched within 1 working day. We aim to ship all our orders within 24  hours of an order being placed Monday to Friday. During busy days it can take a little extra time for your order to be processed within our system, however once dispatched the delivery time by Royal Mail aims to be within 2-3 working days. We cannot guarantee the delivery time and it can vary considerably across the country. 

On the day that your order is dispatched out, you should receive an automated dispatch notification email. 

Once a fabric order is cut, it is packed in our customised packaging. Sometimes we will be reuse packaging from stock and items that have been sent to us. 

Once your fabric order is collected by our couriers, we are not responsible for any delays that may occur due to weather, customs or other unforeseen circumstances. If you think your package may be lost, please get in touch and we will try our very best to help locate it by arranging a redelivery in case your local post office has it or arrange for a replacement to be sent out.

I am located outside of the UK how do I calculate the shipping cost?

On the shopping cart page of our website, you should be able to get an estimate on shipping and tax costs once you have entered the destination details. 

Will I be charged customs and duties on my order?

Orders shipping to locations outside of the UK may incur customs fees upon arrival. We would recommend checking your country's importing regulations to avoid any unwanted surprises. 

We use UPS, FedEx and Royal Mail as couriers depending on where our fabric is going. 

With all the couriers we use you will be emailed a tracking number so you can fully track your parcel. 

Please note these shipping charges are set by our couriers and we do not make any profit from shopping costs. The shipping costs may also vary according to the amount of fabric ordered due to the final packaging size, starting prices are £10 (GBP). Do use the estimated shipping and tax box on the shopping cart page. 

Each transit time for your order is approximate and is based on the time from dispatch.
